It’s crazy to realize that this beautiful wedding was planned in only one month’s time. Not only did this fun, sweet couple become close to my heart but we became fast friends. They lived in Michigan and were planning their wedding here in Orlando, Florida at the gorgeous Orchid Garden. We were honored to be planning their wedding and also designing Claudia’s vision inspired by a classic, elegant theme with a navy, silver and white color palette.

“Planning a wedding in a single month is a daunting task. There is so much devotion and skill required to adequately coordinate an event so lavish, and so important in a mere 30 days. Despite how incredibly difficult this goal was, Rebekkah Rosado at Runway Events lived up to the occasion.
For a short backstory: this was not just your ordinary wedding that needed planning within a month. My grandfather was set to officiate my wife and I, however he was diagnosed with lung cancer and had limited time with us. Due to these extreme circumstances, we needed our wedding planned quick. We didn’t just leave the responsibility of planning the happiest day of our life in Rebekkah’s hands. It was so much more, my grandfather’s last happy moment and dying wish to see his grandson married. This was a pivotal moment in a man’s last days.
As you may have guessed, it went swimmingly. I have never seen a person with more dedication to their job in my entire life. The flexibility that Rebbekkah exhibited was unparalleled. Anything we needed, it seemed like she had already anticipated it. Our wedding came together like a well oiled machine. A symphony of different moving parts, working together in perfect harmony for one grand mission. If it had not been for Rebekkah’s will to create the most spectacular wedding she could muster, our event would not have been the astonishingly perfect piece to complete the puzzle in my grandfather’s life, and the first of many more in my wife and mine.
Rebekkah truly was more than a wedding planner, and she quickly became our dear friend. She is such a personable woman, with an infectiously bubbly personality. We honestly will miss our conversations with her and our small inside jokes we gained along the way. She made this experience something to be cherished forever.”
