Production of a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
Review vendor contracts timeline for clarification purposes prior to Itinerary Planning Meeting
Confirm vendor arrangements; check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. 
Final detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding date to all vendors for review
Etiquette advisement, as requested
Assistance with wording of all stationary
Décor drop-off at the Runway office three days prior to wedding day (if unable to leave décor at wedding venue) 


Coordinate ceremony rehearsal (1 hour) based on availability
Distribute wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family and attendants
Collect final payments and/or tips for vendors
Collect wedding day items such as marriage license, vows and any pending items 


Lead Planner and Event Assistant
Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
Act as liaison between wedding party, family members and vendors
Use of Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve unexpected situations or emergencies
Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors, as needed


Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members
Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist etc. where to set up
Oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled
Set up ceremony décor not handled by a specific vendor (ie: guest signing item, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.) 
Line up and cue wedding party and musician for ceremony
Give marriage license to officiant and confirm wedding rings are present
Collect all personal wedding items and gifts and deliver to reception site or designated person


Set up reception décor not handled by a specific vendor (ie: favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort and place cards, gifts, table design, etc.) 
Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
Bustle wedding gown
Cue Bride and Groom and Bridal Party for all important events, traditions and formalities
Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception and communicate with all vendors
Gather all of client’s ceremony and reception décor
(one assigned person from client’s party will need to stay behind to load into their vehicle and sign release for all items that have been returned) 
Complete final walkthrough with venue and clients to ensure that all items have been removed
