To review current budget and make any necessary changes, adjustments or cost-cutting suggestions

For example: Attend Vendor Meetings, Floor Plan and Seating Chart Meetings, Décor Meetings

Monthly To Do List Call
To ensure the planning is running smoothly and on track
Unlimited contact via email beginning six months prior to wedding day
Welcome Kit with Runway Planning Binder and Magazine
Exclusive access to The Runway Insider Facebook group
Production of a detailed Wedding Day Itinerary
Confirm vendor arrangements; check delivery date, arrival times, quantities of rentals, etc. 
Final detailed timeline will be sent one week prior to your wedding date to all vendors for review
Etiquette advisement, as requested
Assistance with wording of your invitation
Decor drop off at the Runway Office the week of the wedding (based on availability and quantity)


Coordinate One Hour Ceremony Rehearsal at wedding venue (time and date must be approved by Lead Planner)
Distribute wedding day itinerary to wedding party, family and attendants
Collect final payments and/or tips for vendors
Collect wedding day items such as marriage license, vows and any pending items 


Lead Planner and Event Assistant
Manage the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception
Act as liaison between wedding party, family members and vendors
Use of Bridal Emergency Kit. We’ll be ready and available to solve unexpected situations or emergencies
Collect items such as marriage license, gratuities, vows, etc. and distribute to the proper parties


Distribute bouquets and pin flowers on attendants and family members
Direct photographer, videographer, musicians, rentals, florist etc. where to set up
Oversee set-up of the ceremony to make sure all commitments are fulfilled
Set up ceremony décor not handled by a specific vendor (ie: guest signing item, unity candles, programs, pictures, etc.) 
Line up wedding party and cue music for the ceremony
Give marriage license to officiant and confirm wedding rings are present
Collect all personal wedding items and gifts and deliver to reception site or designated person


Set up reception décor not handled by a specific vendor (ie: favors, menus, candles, cake knife, toasting flutes, escort and place cards, gifts, table design, etc.) 
Manage vendor set-up of reception and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
Bustle wedding gown
Cue Bride and Groom and Bridal Party for all important events, traditions and formalities
Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception and communicate with all vendors
Gather all of the couple’s ceremony and reception décor (one assigned person from client’s party will need to stay behind to load into their vehicle and sign release for all items that have been returned) 
Complete final walkthrough with venue and couple's point of contact to ensure that all items have been removed
